If you are not a full-fledged smoker, go for half of the month. Don't stop smoking while you are sick or while the cough or cold is in progress. 2. Take your pills as prescribed, but take them as directed and take them as soon as the doctor orders them. 3. Use only low-risk products and don't use cigarettes and cigars. 4. Keep the cigarettes out of your mouth. 5. Use a tobacco-free electronic cigarette or e-cig when you smoke. 6. Use other tobacco products like tobacco cigarettes or chewing tobacco. 7. Check with your doctor before you smoke.
